Thanks Steve
Wearing it for this afternoon

Something that I've noticed is that it appears to wear smaller than its 42mm size suggests.
I've put this down to the inner bezel making the watch face look smaller.
Also the bracelet is really comfortable.

So decided to have a bit of a play this afternoon.
I decided that the Milanese bracelet was perhaps a bit blingy so I decided to try and go for a more retro-vintage look using a WatchGecko Beads of Rice bracelet

:fondof:

I think it’s my favourite watch. So versatile- I bet it looks amazing on any sort of mesh bracelet, any colour of leather strap. I think it would be my one watch - it just wouldn’t fit on my skinny wrist...

Great acquisition

Edit: I remember why the 36mm LLD disappeared from my radar : I couldn’t get past the 50m WR rating. Somehow I decided that a watch had to be at least 100m WR or it was of no use to me.
:problem: ..... I’ve been wearing a vintage watch for months now, and never once have I regretted not being able to get it wet. As I prefer leather straps to bracelets I would never be getting it too wet anyway. Think I should get over myself

Lindsey the water rating is the same as it’s big brother at 300m

You might just be able to make the 30 bar out

 my bad memory.....
It was Panerai who produced a 38mm version ‘for the ladies’ that only had a 50m WR rating. Made me grumble over why they would settle for lesser specs just because it was considered a lady’s watch....

36mm LLD, black dial ....... I’m reconsidering the whole collection
