I’ve looked at them a number of times but there’s something that would always eat away at me saying ‘you should have just saved up a bit more for a Panerai’.

I have no experience but I'm sure I recall the pre 2013 watches are the ones to buy as quality took a hit after they were taken over. Many of the early staff were ex Panerai.

Dial design, notably the use of 04 and 08 has similarities with Magrette.

The Nautilo Vintage is close with the Magrette Waterman, too.

Given the not insignificant prices of most Anonimos, I can’t help but agree with you Chris. :)

Some models have made an appearance on Massdrop and Gemnation in recent months - have a feeling some were in the $800 - $1000 range.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

They ain't what they used to be.

I believe it was one or two of the Panerai gurus who first set up the brand and I always quite fancied the sailor diver:

It was always a niche brand and you were never likely to see another one in the wild but they seem to have reinvented themselves recently, with more models and available in normal online retailers such as Jura and Page & Cooper.

I haven't been taken with any of the new models and I have no idea who now owns them?

EDIT: Actually, I quite like this

I've only really come across them as sponsors on Leopard Honda bike in Moto3. I've never really had any desire to buy one though.

I don't believe they have been available with Page & Cooper, or if they have, they aren't now.

They were available with P&C but as with Damasko and others, fell away.

I like a lot of their models and would love to see one in the flesh. I personally don't agree with the comparison to Magrette.
