It's a shame: 'Although headquartered in the UK, a lack of homegrown talent and know-how means most are forced to largely rely on manufacturing partners abroad to bring their ideas to life.' It would be good to see more 'British Made' instead of 'Swiss Made'.
I really like the look of the Vertex MP45 Monopusher.

Disappointed not to see Marloe or Pinion in the list - they certainly merit attention.

I thought exactly the same, but thought it would just be me.StrapMeister wrote: ↑Wed Aug 14, 2019 3:11 pm Disappointed not to see Marloe or Pinion in the list - they certainly merit attention.
Vertex are certainly entrepreneurial if they can shift units at that price!

There are other smaller independent brands going around their business in their own way, such as Schofield. I would place Pinion in the same category.
Worth pointing out that CW is proudly Anglo-Swiss, so British entrepreneurs - yes (mainly), but not British per se.

Good info, thanks. Just knew other British brands. Love Farer watches for their designs and colour combinations.

Nor indeed Loomes or Pinchbeck.StrapMeister wrote: ↑Wed Aug 14, 2019 3:11 pm Disappointed not to see Marloe or Pinion in the list - they certainly merit attention.
It would seem that, despite his unusually erudite use of the vernacular, the author is not infallible.

Or AnOrdain.
Some are a bit more British than others. Made in Britain would be great, and possibly a collectors item in the future.
