The Unplanned Tudor
I know we have quite a few Tudor owners and haters on here, but I've been close to buying a couple in the last 12 months or so, but for various reasons it never quite happened, until last weekend and resulting in me collecting the watch today.
So what have I bought? All will be revealed later this evening.

Re: The Unplanned Tudor
I had the same problem last weekend went to look at the new SMP but came
back with a BB58 which had come into stock a few days earlier a fantastic watch.
The quality for the price is unbeatable as good as my BB GMT so whatever you have
got you will not be disapointed.

Interesting Chris. Waiting with baited breath.
As to owners on the forum, yes there are a few. Haters? Not so sure. More like; haven't felt the calling yet (in my case).

Opted for the leather, but most likely will pick up the nato at a later date. 2019 models sadly don't come with 2 straps but I think the watch is spot on.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

Fantastic watch! Just wish it would fit my small wrists haha. Love a lot of Tudor watches but most don’t fit me. I’ve got a BB58 so waiting patiently for more smaller releases.
Re: The Unplanned Tudor
Congratulations on a really great purchase. A fabulous looking watch, enjoy.

Re: The Unplanned Tudor
Nice one Chris.
I would prefer it on the NATO but I can see the sense in starting with the leather strap, and working up from there.
One thing I seemed to have missed is, in what way was this purchase unplanned?

Re: The Unplanned Tudor
That is very nice and I love the new colour.
I’ve been put off in the past by the 43mm BB bronze as the other traditional (non 58) BB’s have a reputation for wearing rather large. As a comparison how does it seem in comparison to a 43 mm CW Trident (I’m assuming here that you can make such a comparison)?

Re: The Unplanned Tudor
Very nice, one of the new Baselworld BB Bronze models
It reminds me of the Tudor BBBBB (Bronze Bucherer Blue version) which I've long admired. That also comes on a nato which i think really suits the watch, I see you are going to get a nato too. Yes a bit mean that Tudor no longer provide two straps. I got a nato with my BBN which came on the bracelet but my GMT also on the bracelet also has no spare strap
I don't recall really any Tudor hating on the forum, the opposite as quite a few members own one.
Great addition to your collection!

Re: The Unplanned Tudor
They came into stock quickly! With Tudor stopping the two strap policy i guess it is a way of keeping the prices relatively the same, but for less. just a bit of downsizing similar to the confectionary industry.
The bronze looks great and has damaged the resale market for the Bucherer version.
