Would that be a chip off the old block, Patrick?

Haha, yes possibly something I would do :problem:

Thinking about this gadget a bit more. You clearly wouldn't wear this on a smart watch so it must be aimed at guys such as the us on the forum who are more traditional analogue watch fans but who might want some of the smartwatch functionality. So we could have one of these attached to a Trident.

I think I'll just stick to my iphone for the "smart" functions though. :)
I've just bought one of these and currently have a Sinn 356 head on the strap. I get that it isn't for everyone but for me having notifications visible without getting my phone out and being able to pay by touching my wrist to a card reader terminal is very useful. I'm very pleased with it.

Each to their own. I can’t think of many much more annoying things than having something buzzing, beeping and tooting on my wrist all of the time. Our lass has an Apple watch and I’ve asked her many times if she’d like me to smash it with a hammer

I like it but do think it's a bit overpriced. Will look further if it supports a bit more languages.
