So what to do with one of those massive Omega Moonwatch boxes?
Well I have turned mine into a nice watch storage box for my Omegas.
A nice Frenchman made it for me! I think the box was made in Hong Kong but it was shipped from France.
I am really pleased with it and look forward to completing the first 5 slots with speedys later this year with the arrival of a Japan Olympic Panda in December!

Watches - Too many but not enough!

Wow that's awesome. Really impressive. was going say something about being a collector and brand and box, but i don't know how to word it all together.

Best use I think I’ve seen for the oversized box. Great idea.

What a fantastic idea.
Much better than sticking it in a cupboard.

Smart that.
Makes me feel guilty for all my watch boxes that are well... in a bigger box in the closet

That looks great and what better to store your fantastic collection of Omegas.

Rather a good idea, but are you doing anything about the three empty spaces?

But what's happened with the original internals of the box?
Have these been put into a different box that has to be stored somewhere now ?

Re: So what to do with one of those massive Omega Moonwatch boxes?
This was my thought. The box looks fantastic. Better than that actually. It's one of the best watch boxes I've seen. But, if you are keeping the internals with the intent of moving the watch on eventually, now the 'suitcase' is taking up twice as much space. Still, it's an amazing looking box. If Omega gets wind of this, they might start producing them.
