Should be easily available at $1500 grey market.gwells wrote:people will bitch whatever size you make it. personally, i'm fine with 42mm.Dancematt wrote:42mm is also the lamest case size around now. Smaller or bigger is the only way to please people.
patina does take some of the yacht master feeling (which i think is the raised number on the bezel).
i would be a much bigger fan at $1500 than $2500.

Never really felt the love for bronze but I like that a lot. Can't believe it's based on the 65.

I like it. At 42mm it might be just right. And reasonably priced too if a quick Google search in anything to go by

how are you finding a google search result that shows a reasonable price? it's not actually released yet and the MSRP is $2600.
the "g" is for Greg...

I do like a bronze watch and will be on the look out for one of these, although they may be hard to find in the UK.
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).
Re: The Oris Carl Brashear LE Watch .
I REALLY want that watch. Partially for what it symbolizes but also because its a beautiful piece. IMHO. Downer is right though.

Oooooooooooh.
That's *really* nice! I love the relative simplicity of the design and I like both the "new" look and the patina.
