Mine (well, gift to my bro) also arrived a couple of days ago & it is simply the better offering from Eddie's creation imho.

Size comparison for some of you and size is v good.

OK, so Eddie responded to my question re VAT ... specifically is the 445 pound price on the site excluding VAT, meaning the UK and Euro folks have to add it, or do I being in Canada get it for a VAT free price. His response was a curt "There is only one price and that is the price shown on the website."

So 'twould appear that we no-need-to-pay-VAT customers are attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis.
Rolex Explorer II | Tudor BBR | Tudor North Flag | Omega Seamaster Pro 300M | Speedmaster 3513.30 | TAG Kirium F1 | Chr.Ward C9 GMT | C10 Mk1 | C65 LE | Oris Player's 7410 |
WR: 7.25"

Madness takes its toll. Please have exact change.

It may simply be he is not vat registered.

Eddie definitely does not like to be questioned on this topic. The fact he insists on unclear statements ensures he will be. His response to a question of the VAT was to refer me to a TZ thread, where dozens were and remain confused.

Seems pretty clear to me. Eddie pays the VAT on UK/EU sales, thereby making less margin on those sales than non EU sales. The price is the price. Simple as that.
