Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
Well...after stumbling across one of these new BB58's in Cork, Ireland, my appetite was very wetted, to say the least. I thought it was a stunner in the flesh, the blue is just SO fresh, really pops on the bracelet. As much as I like the vintage colourway, this just carts you away to azure seascapes. I intentionally didn't centre the bezel for the OCD among our number. Wish I hadn't seen this...and tried it on.
Does melancholy count as two of your five daily servings?

I was looking at the Street Fighter Seiko 5s (Ryu for me) and then I started playing the lottery win game... sigh

Indeed it was,I went in there just to have a nose around. I had a look for it in the Tudor section but they didn't appear to have one. I just happened to mention to an assistant whether they might have one hidden away and, to my surprise, they had two - both of which had been sold (no surprises there). That said, he suggested that he get one for me to look over as well as try on if I wished. The rest is history, as they say. I was smitten...it has planted a seed...a very unhealthy seed.MiniMpi wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 4:06 pmI assume it was at Keane's Jewellers ?strapline wrote: ↑Wed Sep 16, 2020 9:25 pm Well...after stumbling across one of these new BB58's in Cork, Ireland, my appetite was very wetted, to say the least. No, Bjørn, just daydreaming about the extraordinary over the run-of-the-mill...it is the daydream thread, after all.

I’ve also reached the stage where I can admire great watches without wanting to own them. Which is nice.

When you have that lust, need, want for a watch it won't go away.
