^^^^^ didn’t get around to discussing price Chris. I tend not to get into any pricing discussions unless I know that I am prepared to buy, there and then. Thinking back I don’t think I have ever bought an expensive watch from any brand, without trying the specific watch on (or maybe a different dial colour using the same case) a couple of times.
However the thought of selling a ubiquitous SS Professional model to buy the JLC was an attractive thought.
Neil
one on Chrono24 for £6500 from Hungary, although I'm not a buyer at this time. I do have a contact who has a contact at JLC, so never say never.
Regards to making the switch, whatever makes you happy!
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

Would be better still if they left off the HEV.
Like Neil, I really like that one as well, although I might say that as Omega pioneered the HEV with the 300M, I think it has a place on the case... bad rhyme there. Agree though that it’s all the better for having no front facing 007 paraphernalia...
As to pricing, Omega charge a premium for titanium and a premium for LEs. This one is suffering from an unfortunate double whammy. And maybe a bit more on top...
Agree its nice not to have the 007 branding evident on the face.
The HEV valve is part of the Bond SMP, Pointless for most people but it gives the SMP that iconic easily recognisable case.
Loose the HEV and you are close to a SUB homage

Tried this one on yesterday. I have been interested in seeing one in the metal since I read about its release.

I reckon it’s about perfect as a retro panda chronograph. Also available on a ladder bracelet, which I think would be my preference.

If you are after a bronze watch, that is a great looking option. A C65 Ombre is less expensive though
You would be surprised how many times I have looked at the pictures of the c65 ombre! Havent seen any user pics but it sure is pretty
Now Paul, given your perfectly formed, sensibly sized collection I would have thought that a bronze thingy would be an unnecessary distraction that would end up being moved on within a few months.
