I quite like the look of this one.

But delivery for December would put me off. I’ve hated waiting for my Kickstarter watches, and this has put me off a little of venturing there again.

Just my impatience showing through though.

Interesting proposition at a respectable price. December delivery not an issue, good to look forward to it.

Only snag in my view is the bracelet appears to be straight, not tapered, which for a 22mm bracelet on a 42mm case makes the bracelet too fat (heavy?) and out of proportion.

Good looking watch at a very reasonable price point, and from what I can discern an ETA based mvmt. If a heavy brutish look is what they were going for with that bracelet, mission accomplished! Would rather see the "pepsi" bezel reserved for the GMT tho.

Didn't mean to be harsh, I like the heavy brutish look. The call on the ETA was based on what I found on watchbase.com. very attractive price point, still think the bezel should be left for a GMT.

I like it. Very Tudor GMT in looks but that isn’t a bad thing!

Well, I've been much impressed w/ my 'The Chief'(the 'purist' version)..it's 40mm case and relative thinness make for a very comfortable time piece for informal office & around the house wear..so impressed(as comfortable as my Omega Speedys), I bit the bullet and purchased the cream colored dial version(GL0250, again the purist version)..other than the change in dial color, the only other major difference is the 'gun metal' colored SS 40 mm case...it reminds me of a bronze colored case..comes w/the same high quality leather strap as the GL0251, but is of a slightly lighter shade of brown..if there are any folks currently 'on the fence' regarding this baby, the anthracite colored dial version is slightly preferable, imo…it is also available w/ a black dial, and for $550.00(including shipping) from Ashfords, they are still nice bargains..
