Hi
I just got another email from Pragnells. They have a 2016 Black Bay Blue 79220B @£1880 and a 2016 Black 79230N at £1900 . They are both the strap version but Pragnells do put new straps on.https://www.pragnell.co.uk.

Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..

Bulova 262kHz for £79.99 @ TK Maxx which seems a very fair price - selling for more on ebay.

I think the model is a 96B230 and has now been discontinued, but a bargain if you want a nice reliable quartz watch. Ignore the blurb on TK Maxx, which has it listed in the 'Womens' category and size is 42mm and not 35mm as stated. I've had the nato version in the past which was a nice watch.

Seems cheap for a Casio Edifice Solar Retrograde £64 at TK Maxx.
Also a few reductions on already good prices.

That’s a cracking little deal that. I don’t need one but, for 64 quid, I’m tempted for out on the hills with the dogs in winter

Agreed, tempted myself but don't think I would ever wear it, even if it's a bargain.

Seems a lot for a Sellita W200 or 2824-2 movement even at a steep discount and not even cosc certified, am I missing something?

It's a Tag which have inflated RRP's. 50% discount for a new Tag from a UK AD however is reasonable, but Mr & Mrs average wouldn't realise that the movement can be found in other brands and isn't made in house.

Neither do the people who work in their 'boutiques' - I had this argument with one of the lasses in the TAG shop in Meadowhell. She struggled with difference between quartz and mechanical never mind owt else. Our lass was in stitches listening to the conversation and even she said 'she's thick as ****, how the hell can she work there'
