Very many thanks for the additional pics of the Marvin  absolutely stunning piece.
Reminds me of the current Longines Heritage 1918 that I have my eye on.

As for the strap link....not come across them before so many thanks
Looks like a great source to get one for my recent AVI-8 centenary :D

Yes I did have a Nomos Tangente but after I acquired the Tank it wasn't getting worn. I did a trade with Kevin_b1 for his DBR1, but I'm pretty sure he sold it on.
Nice my memory served. The Tank is a classic, and right up your alley.

While doing some research about the Marvin 1917 I came across this site
AVO you'll love this but...

albeit there's quite a few pocket watches.

Also, for vintage straps see: http://www.cjbalm.com/watches/watch-straps.htm

hi steve, was just wondering if doing this SOTC has made you enjoy your vintage watches again a bit more? i know that for a while there the speedy and tank took up all of your love, but your SOTC has really opened my eyes to what a diverse range of watches you have. i didn't realise you had so many! anyway - enjjoy them all

Very varied collection there. Out of everything you have Steve, I am interested in one in particular. How did you manage to snag the yellow ‘Bumble Bee’ Mako?? They are like rocking horse ****! I’ve tried and tried to get hold of one. If you ever want to get rid, I’ll take it off your hands pleeeeeease.

It has certainly made me focus on wearing them a bit more, and the "big two" are having a sleep this week while I am not at work.

I might do a vintage SOTC with some better shots of all the watches.

I bought it new in 2012, Chris. It took a bit of finding even then as there are (or were) no ADs in the UK. I'm afraid that for the foreseeable future it is staying with me, as it gets a lot of wear in the summer. But there's never harm in asking.
