Very nice Greg. Seiko has some lovely models in the Diashock range and that’s one of them. Stainless too... Image

That’s a lovely way to start, Greg.

The half minute which we daily devote to the winding-up of our watches is an exertion of labour almost insensible; yet, by the aid of a few wheels, its effect is spread over the whole twenty-four hours.

It looks in great condition for being 50 something years old.

^^ Very nice indeed. It makes my vintage watches look almost new by comparison. That surely must be the sentimental favourite amongst your collection?

Yes it is. My Dad passed away when I was 18, (1976), mum kept it for 30yrs or so, got it serviced and passed it on to me.
My wife wore it whilst carrying our first son and then I got to wear it.
This watch is staying in the family, come what may.
