^^^^^ Thanks Bernie. I am really pleased with it - I particularly like using the alarm. :)

It's running about a minute slow per day so I think I will try and find someone to service it. The last Rolex service was in 1977. From what I have read they did 3 or 4 different dial/hand variations of this reference 7926, with the 3, 6, 9, 12 version being the rarest.

this one actually has a 11-27 movement. Modern Glashutte automatics were based on these calibers (vaguely..it like a corelation between VW Beetle and Porsche 911 GT3) and theyre robust and also tick at 28800. Nice watches.
