Something like 'this is the highway to hell' or 'on the road again, I just can't wait to get on the road again'.ABW wrote:nathanclarinet wrote:Not until the fat lady sings highwayhighway62 wrote:shall we call this one over & done with?
Until the fat lady sings "highway"? I don't know that one, how does the tune go?

Re: 2013 FLE - Movement Type Poll
Automatics currently have my attention more than quartz. Both have their spot in a collection, but I appreciate the automatic movements that CW uses and would like to see the auto trend continue with FLE's.
Mechanical, more specifically automatic for me please and thank you. So far the voting is looking towards a potential reason to spend more money with CW. I just got a paypal invoice from Wera for a new non-divers extension bracelet clasp, (new set of shoes for the Scooter) woe is me...

Re: 2013 FLE - Movement Type Poll
Although I prefer mechanical I voted quartz as I believe at the chosen price point we will have more options to play around with when it comes to case, design, etc.

Voted Quartz as give more options for the price point. would like a chronograph sports watch.

Re: 2013 FLE - Movement Type Poll
Voted quartz as want something different for this FLE, Voting mech/auto means its highly unlikey you will get a handwind so its down to the same old eta 2824 (or equal movement) 3 handed watch. No chronos, no gmts, no alarms, no moonphases, no chrono alarms, no retrogrades, no jumping hours.....Vote quartz!
I miss all the great things that may never be.
Re: 2013 FLE - Movement Type Poll
At the price point I wouldn't be interested in a quartz offering so voted mechanical I'm not that interested in chronos so works for me.
Halios Tropik SS, C60 GMT SKKO, Magrette Regattare 2011 sold, Casio Edifice, Seiko x2

Hmm, I think I missed the (4 day) poll - I would have voted quartz, as price seems to be an issue for most people. M
