I don’t think the WatchGecko ones are up to supporting a Milgauss - the Erica would be better#

(#well not that much better, as anything other than the bracelet, or an Everest/RubberB on a MG is likely to be an abomination! :) )

Good shout

I've wanted to try these for a while but not so much that I wanted to spend the asking price, and definitely not Erika's asking price.

3 for less than the price of 1

When I had my gmt master two it pretty much lived on a gecko nato. I quite like the contrast

My Watchgecko elastic french straps arrived. The first one I’ve tried is this one on my Damasko...

It feels pretty comfortable and definitely a bargain at £6.

Got a couple of others to try later.

Mine have also arrived. Slightly different construction to the last few that I ordered months ago.

Certainly decent enough for the price. Would ideally prefer them to be a little shorter. If I was going with a strap of this style on a decent watch, I would still pay up for a bespoke Erica.

For me much better than a NATO.

Definitely prefer these to standard NATO’s with the silly WALT flappy bit.

Big fan of this style. Just need to find some shorter ones.

Received mine today and just chucked it on the C60 bronze, not sure how I feel about it so will wear it tomorrow.

I like the style but think they might be a bit thin.

I agree the WatchGecko ones are a bit long.

Before:
A bit annoying, metalwork too close to the watch head on each side and clasp on edge of wrist.

After:
Ah that’s better!

A pair of scissors, needle and thread. Sorted by cutting a bit off and restitching. Simples! :)

And a pic with the watch in view, just because I like the watch and strap combo. :)

@nbg - All depends on the size of one's wrist Neil.

I often buy Watchgecko's regular NATOs just because they are longer than many other brands. Maybe these MN style straps are the same.

Perhaps I ought to try one out.

^^^^ My wrist is 7”. The cheap WatchGecko ones are apparently designed to cover a wrist size of between 6”-10”.

I have to stretch the strap a fair bit to get the cut down version over my hand.
