A pair of scissors, needle and thread. Sorted by cutting a bit off and restitching. Simples! :)
I did exactly the same. Then realised I hadn't threaded the clasp back through the metal part before re-stitching!

Put one on my SKX007 at the weekend and it fits very well and is pretty comfortable due to the ability to fine tune the size.

IMHO these don't suit high end or heavy watches, a tad cheapo and flimsy I find, though nice enough in their place. Comfortable for sure.

Received my two French style Nato straps today, a black with red stripe and an all grey one.

Forgive me for being a bit stupid....but how does one fit them ??
I'm a bit perplexed at the moment.
I know you obviously fir the springbars but do you have to thread the springbar through the strap end then fit it to the watch case ?

Ferg have a look at the pic I have just taken of one off the wrist.

Should help you see what part of the strap to put the watch head on and which way up.

Strap against case in position, then add the spring bars.

And your hand goes through the loop - it confused me for a while when I got mine last week but having to remove the spring bars is annoying

Black and red stripe on my C8 UTC Worldtimer and the grey strap on my C11 Titanium Elite.
Both look and work well, thanks again for the advice.

I’m really enjoying mine. On a slightly my slimline watch it works well to my eyes

Question on the watchgeko strap for those that have them please...
I would quite like to try one on my little LLD but it has awkward lug width of 19mm. Do you reckon a 20mm strap would squidge in enough to fit and not look dodgy?
thanks

Difficult to say, mine seem a pretty generous width at the spring bar but If you wear it quite tight (ie the elasticity under tension) maybe you'd get away with it. They are a little thin in my opinion, but I admit I am not experienced with NATO styles. At the price though, what's to lose in trying?

I don't see why not. I occasionally wear 20mm seatbelt NATOs on my 19mm GS and they fit fine.

I'd imagine these would be a better fit again as the material is elasticated.
