@Mikkei4 - thanks for the trident comparison. Still choosing white over black! I've got it bad for white dials right now!
Thanks and you're welcome, very quick photo so probably some dust and light in the wrong places.
White dials are nice but if you are seriously considering buying then beware the hands, as timor54 has already mentioned - those in my photos look ok and well contrasted against the dial but in reality and on bright sunny days it is not always easy to see the time without adjusting the viewing angle of the dial.
Depending upon the style of watch either black or blue'd hands will give better contrast.
DEFINITELY white speedy! It's gorgeous. I also appreciate the skinny bezel, which highlights but lets the dial sing
Black dial - I've never been particularly taken by.

Well i can't say i don't like a white dial watch as i have 2...both Bremonts....something about them that makes them very appealing....as far as not being able to see the hands clearly i find it a good excuse to look at my watch a little longer..

^^^ good point about white CW Tridents. I had a white C60 GMT briefly and I found with outdoor lighting the hands were often illegible; it lasted less than a week before being exchanged for the black dial version.
Since then I’ve been very cautious about CW white dials. The only exception I can think of is the Anthropocene which had black hands.
