eBay users selling CW vouchers

Post by Pontcarre »

I have noticed there are a couple of eBay users selling CW voucher codes, what I think it is a quite miserable practice, as they are sent for free to anyone that asks for them.

There is even one (fireman_seth) selling the discount code you can find onto the official website for vintage Tridents!!!

It's been going on for donkeys years I'm afraid.

Wera (CW's erstwhile CS Manager) used to put one up for free, but I'm not sure if her current counterparts follow her practice.

Fireman Sam seems to have sold a few in the past and been given positive feedback into the bargain.

It all helps make the World go round.

Just put one up for 1p and one for £1m, with the code shown and explaining not to buy as its free on the CW site.
You should be top listing for cheapest and most expensive then, the other sellers won’t get as much interest and if someone buys it for £1m, you can retire in luxury

I wish someone had mentioned this earlier - I've bought half a dozen in the last two days!

I can understand the vouchers as they arent advertised but i cant believe anyone buys a discount code without checking the website first!
