Interesting timeline from Kym Illman - poor fans arrived at the gates this AM, with no comms about the cancellation. Sounds like Bernie was back in charge!

Current collection incl Alpina, Breitling, Bulova, Casio, Citizen, Eterna, Oris, Rado, Raymond Weil, Rolex, Seiko, Tag, Timex, Tudor & Victorinox.

They need to decide about Monaco pretty quickly, they've already started building!

Been decided.

This is on top of taking the two weeks (extended to three weeks) Summer break in March and April; which is akin to taking an early lunch during a cricket match, because of rain, when you know its going to be raining for most of the afternoon.

It also looks like the new 2021 technical regulations will be delayed until 2022. The design of the existing cars are to be frozen at the end of this year and used again in 2021, though some aero changes will still be allowed. Hopefully all this will reduce the costs for the smaller teams and keep Williams and others that are tight on finance from going under.

In the absence of any Motorsport, I watched Le Mans 66 (Ford vs Ferrari).... Great film and some really good car/race scenes. Definitely a recommended for any petrol heads 😊

My son has put me onto a new website to follow F1 (plus Esports, Formula E, MotoGP & IndyCar) on titled The Race

Its only been going since February this year, but has been set up by a team of heavyweight Motorsports Journalist including Ed Straw, Mark Hughes, Scott Mitchell and Gary Anderson (names that will be familiar to readers of Autostport).

It has got some great in-depth articles and is well worth a look.

Possibly, but Red Bull were going to protest DAS in Australia - no doubt because they hadn't thought of the idea.

Commercial profiteering goes out the window when MercedesAMGF1 makes the full designs and specifications for their life saving breathing aid freely available.

Quite incredible they made something they'd reverse engineered 70% more efficient and got it approved so quickly.

Not quite F1, but Sabine Schmitz at the Nürburgring.
Overtakes in places I wouldn't when playing Gran Turismo!
