Re: Post a picture from your latest ride
Just prior to a little 100 miler down to Ferndown and Wimborne via Salisbury and Ringwood.
All done on 2.97 litres of petrol costing £3.23.
I clocked up 4000 miles today since 25th April 2019.

That’s incredibly frugal, scooter. I reckon my bikes would need 8 or 9 litres for 100 miles.
I did the swap this morning. A couple of quick snaps before rain put a dampener on proceedings...
Hopefully, I’ll take it for a longer run tomorrow.

That does look nice.
It's got fun written all over it.
Now I've had 4 bikes since 2008 but I reckon you've had 4 in a couple of years.

Guilty as charged (it’s actually 5 in 20 months), but as I said to my wife, I’ve just been finding out what I like...scooter wrote:That does look nice.

You’ve got L plates scooter, I thought you had passed your motorcycle test?
Also impressed how you are balanced on that stationary bike, quite a feat!

Re: Post a picture from your latest ride
Knowing nothing about motorbikes, I had to look up a CBT...so you can ride forever as long as you take that test every 2 years but will always be classed as a learner hence must use L plates. Now I understand (I think).scooter wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 7:49 am Keep up at the back Patrick.

First proper ride out on the Scrambler 1200, up to Crosby, Merseyside to have a gander at Another Place, via the Mersey Tunnel.
Very happy with this bike...
No pictures of the sculptures (forgot) but here's a couple of the bike:

But it's not a test it's training, although you can fail if you're crap.
