Could go either way. Want Liverpool to win, but have a feeling Real will turn the screw or get lucky.

Watching it on Fox through SlingTV.

AFAIK you can't win the Champions League with a muppet in goal.

I've only been saying we need a new keeper for about 5 years, and tonight shows exactly why. He needs binning and all our transfer efforts need to be focused on the No 1.

As for the clear foul by Ramos on Salah that dislocated his shoulder, last time I checked, trapping an opponent's arm in yours and dragging him to the floor before rolling over him was a red card?

I can't help feeling we were robbed, although you can't take anything away from Bale for his goal – absolute peach

Yep, the second RM goal was a scorcher, but the other two...

Surely time to spend big on a new keeper now.

Not been a big football fan for many a year, but had a touch of deja vu watching tonight. Calamity James was in goal when I last showed an interest.

Oh for another Bruce Grobbelaar!

I feel sorry for Karius but I always had him down as a weak link. Liverpool I think will sign another keeper.

Happy for Bale as he's not had much of a run this season and that wasa wonder goal from him

Commiserations to our Liverpudlian friends, it's been a great effort this season and they probably deserved more

Football fans and their blinkers...

As far as I could tell from the dozens of replays it wasn't even a foul but even if it was it would have been a very harsh yellow card.

Not sure any of the pundits/commentators/journalists agreed with you.

Cracking game of football though and I felt sorry for Karius watching him all alone crying into the pitch without a teammate coming anywhere near him to offer a comforting shoulder. Poor form.

Sproughton - what exactly have you been smoking to suggest "it wasn't even a foul" ?

Look again and see how Ramos keeps hold of Salah's arm all the way down to the ground.

Another view...

Still no foul then ??

Just watched a recording of the final. I feel sorry for Karius, errors that will most likely haunt him for the rest of his life. Unlike, Bale who will celebrating his wonder goal for years to come. I can’t remember who said it, ‘it’s a funny old game’.

Thanks for posting this clip Greg . Looking at that footage clearly shows what a dirty bar steward Ramos is  And that's putting it mildly .

Called the winning goal correctly, just not the scorer. What a goal, outrageous strike

Keeping hold of his arm?

In the space of about 3 seconds they run alongside one another and tangle arms. Salah grabs him first and they fall over; appreciate you have a vested interest but I'll never be convinced that's a foul.
