Couldn't find Soda water, so went with sparkling mineral water with Campari, except I've added a slug of Lindesfarne Pink Mead (sweet orange taste).

Love Hardy’s Merlot. Had that exact one last night in fact.
However, Merlot is ruby red in colour and is not what’s in that glass. That’s either seriously watered down or a Rosè. :lol:
