Mine's called Bridie. I'll put her on in a couple of weeks from the UK.
Meanwhile I walk my in-laws' black lab, Mildred. :)
Looking forward to the photos Steve.

Some fantastic family members on show here guys and gals. I am not surprised that we are all animal mad as well.

Special mention must go to JoJo the budgie. Massive respect!

Here is Spud, our African Grey. Apologies for the photo, she is rather difficult to photograph as as soon as she sees a camera, she assumes that it is hers (like everything else in the house) and proceeds to attempt to disassemble it. So you gotta be quick with the snapshot!

Hopefully your pet will not be your dinner though (which ends up being the case for an uncomfortable number of Wisconsinites). :(
I speed read this and didn't like the way this thread was starting. I thought you were planning to eat this ickle bunny  it's one very cute rabbit.

^^^^^^^^^^ Fantastic photo of your bulldog Andy.

My rescue cat.

If you look closely you'll see cheese on the end of her nose. She loves primula. It's lucky she isn't lactose intolerant like many cats, as we hide her daily medication in a blob of primula. A top tip from mumsnet by the way

 I realized I mentioned the "What's for dinner?" thread right after asking people to show their pets and I ended up fumbling the clarification. In Wisconsin though I often hear too many stories about my friends keeping pet cows and having them for dinner at the end of their lives.

She has a white moustache that makes it look like she just had a drink of milk.

Believe me, as food obsessed labs, they both know the time without a watch.... dinner time elicits a reminder two minutes before!

Seeing the number of pets I see with cardigans and sunglasses and jewelry, I think some (crazy) owners would go for it whether or not the pet needed to tell time or not.

Of COURSE we are not 'into' anthropomorphism, but Bridie does like to wear her white dog collar when she comes to work with me!
She knows she looks 'different' in it because everybody laughs and wants to make a mega fuss, which obviously she adores!
