I never thought we'd be excited about having a 1.5 litre 3 cylinder engine!
It does produce about 200 bhp though

Is there a Mountune option as there has been on prior ST’s? Not as though it sounds like it needs much more power!

Yes, up to 225PS and 340Nm, with 0-62mph in just under 6s. She always wanted to Mountune her mk5 FST so we'll probably do this one when it's got some miles on it.

It isn’t! :(

Saw it parked up whilst out for breakfast and thought it may be of interest to those with who like a bit of vintage.

Came across this recently. Didn’t get close enough to categorically determine if it was real or a replica? Nice though, either way!

^^^Steve I'm quite sure that is a replica.

Of course the original car was the Ecurie Ecosse D Type Jag. Ecurie Ecosse were a Scottish racing team who won Le Mans in the 1950s, I think in a D Type like this.

Automotive porn!

Only the Miura and 246 Dino come close in my opinion - but the E-Type, especially the Series 1 4.2 FHC, is the most beautiful car ever made.
Time flies whether you're having fun or not. The choice is yours.
