Remove ability to post in Sales Corner -> Other Brands

Post by spacebrother »

Currently you can post in Sales Corner -> Other Brands (the base folder that contains For Sale/Want to Buy etc).

Can we remove this so we don't confuse people who accidentally post there every now and then, so it is the same as the Sales Corner -> CW Watches?

Sorry but I don't understand what you are trying to achieve.

The 'Sales Corner' has three sub-forums;-

1. Christopher Ward
2. Other Brands
3. Feedback on Seller

Each of 1. 'Christopher Ward' and 2. 'Other Brands' then have the same further sub-forums;-

1. For Sale
2. Want to buy
3. Ebay/Auction Listings

If someone has a watch to sell it is surely self-explanatory as to which forum they post in; isn't it?

Spacebrother is correct, and occasionally we see a post in the main "other brands" forum, rather than the "other brands", "for sale" sub-forum.

I will look into the technical possibility of preventing posting in the high-level "other brands" forum, but in the short-term, we can easily move a posting, if anyone puts one in the wrong place.
