C8 M2.04 Concorde LE #23/50

Couple of quick phone photos.

I've seen a few comments expressing reservations about the readability of the hour and minutes hands (legibility is not an issue).

The answer I feel is there is no problem, once your eye/brain is attuned to what is being looked at; in the same way a Regulator Watch initially looks strange but once acclimatised, no problem.

C8 M2.04 Concorde LE on Zuludiver Marine Nationale grey/yellow NATO with blasted finish fittings.

The grey has a green hue under the lights and, in daylight, is perhaps best described as Admiralty / Marine grey.

Thanks Patrick.

I'm getting some other, similar, NATOs and a couple of very special straps from Mansarea.

Unlike my C9 Me 109 SPC, which only looks good on an original CW vintage Khaki canvas strap, the Concorde seems to be a lot more flexible with a variety of different styles.

I can't fathom how difficult it is to read the time between 7 and 11. Maybe it's easier in person than it looks! It's probably got more visually going on than I'd like.

Looks a great strap combo.
