Some facts about the RCAF edition
CW is not going to make an "official" watch for the RCAF, this all started with a normal CW-customer who is in the RCAF, and asked CW if they could do a Royal Canadian Airforce version of the Peregrine. Normally CW doesn't do things like sponsorships, but CW still liked the idea, so if enough RCAF-pilots would want one, it could be arranged!
So it is a limited edition of the Peregrine for the RCAF! Lucky guys!
But hey, what about a special edition for our forum-members!! I am confident that if we have enough interested forum-members we can force CW to make one for us, based on our own ideas! Wouldn't that be great? I'll start a poll to find out how many would be interested.

I can't wait to get mine! They said it should be here in early June. There are two models, the Peregrine and a Corax special edition, with the Canadian Forces Wings. Did I mention, I can't wait?

Hey, that RCAF logo is raised! Sure makes it seem that we should be able to get a raised CW logo. Come on Chris, design a raised CW logo and premier it on the forum LE watch.

Re: Some facts about the RCAF edition
An update on the Pilot's Watch. Most guys (not me yet) have received their watches and love them. They are told the watches look far more expensive than they are. There has been one complaint and you can see it in the pictures on this forum. The Tachymeter shows one mile in 15 seconds as 250mph and it is actually 240. This is only really an issue in the Harvard II as it cruises at 240 knots. I really can't wait to have it in my hands.

I'll cancel my order if that happens.
Well... maybe I'll not be THAT drastic... but I'd be VERY disappointed.

Thats exactly the reason i don't like the new C6 Kingfisher, sorry guys, but the hour markers look stuck on and in my opinion 'tacky'. The watch looks very cheap. I much prefer my C3 Corax ...

Two completely different animals.
But I'll agree with you: I like the C3 better than the C6.

Well the watch arrived yesterday and looks great. The wings don't look stuck on at all, just raised very slightly which gives a hint of shine. I will post some pics soon.
