CW survey

Post by Kip »

Apparently there are again issues with Comcast, in the USA, letting CWL emails through. As a result if you have a Comcast email address it is likely that you did not receive the current survey.

CWL is aware of the issue and is working with Comcast (again) to correct the issue.

I have deleted the link as it only seems to work once.

When the survey was completed by myself, no one else can use it as it only leads you to the CWL site.

I have let Mark know to see if there is an alternative in the meantime.

That is probably because your link is a tracking link from the CWL email server (ref. the email they sent you) not the survey link...

the tracking link then takes you onto the survey - however they may well have a front-door URL entry to the surveymonkey survey...

It worked for me, straight to the Survey Monkey page :D

Decent survey, I hope our honest answers will help form their new collections and marketing strategy.

Well, first I had to use a proxy server to access the email contents because the CWL email server blocks me, but surveymonkey blocks proxy servers so...

I can't seem to get any of CW's emails. I use GMail and they don't show up in the filter or anywhere else.

Send a mail off to Mark at CW as he is getting things sorted. His address is in the posts back a bit in the thread ;)

The Comcast issue has been resolved.

Those with Comcast should now receive the survey.

If you do not receive it please contact Mark@christopherward.co.uk
