Returned or exchanged watches

Post by Kip »

What does CWL do with the returned or exchanged watches he receives? Does he have a clearance sale or center? Does he just clean them up, resell, or strip them for parts? I might be interested in some refurbished models if he ever has a sale.

I would if it was damaged in some way, or defective. Perhaps the watch was not as good as shown (thankfully, this would seam to be a rare problem, based on the feedback in this forum). It is not possible for anyone company to please 100% of the customers all the time.

I decided to ask Chris this question directly. Thought you folks might be interested in his response.

"HI Kip…. Not that many come back used or abused…if they do comeback its normally a return immediately after receipt (without being worn) as they are too big/small etc/ not to taste…if they do come back we usually strip them down for re-useable parts."
