Ooooh... it's getting close now. \:D/

It's nearly Aviator release time!

Anyone else waiting for one from the November batch? I'm getting a bit antsy now.

Hmm... I know things are quite quiet around here, but only two of us waiting for this batch?

Jim, have you heard anything from CW about the status of these watches? I suppose "Delivery in November" could mean the 30th of November. :winkgrin2:

It's a very nice watch, but I already own the black Aviator.
For the moment that's enough I think...............

I'm waiting for the black Aviator, on steel bracelet. It's a birthday gift (to me :)), which is on 16/11. Chris has told me that it's unlikely he can make that date for my order - it's more likely to be a few days after that. Chris has also said he'll do his best to meet my order by 16/11. A good guy methinks :)

...........and hello to all. This is my first post here :)

That's your fault then for having been born on 16/11... a Bad Day For Gifts.

Methinks either that, or his parents had an awkward sense of humour ;) ;) ;)

Hi

Has anyone had one delivered yet? I have not heard or seen anything. Is there a problem?

I received the following reply on the 12th November from Christopher when I enquired about delivery.

Hi Philip
All the components are ready awaiting the movements form Eta. Eta have confirmed November delivery, but not an exact date (sellers market or what!) as soon as we get them we only need a couple of days to complete and despatch.... hope this is Ok

Ah Hem ...
As I was saying just the other day ... in the "Introduce Yourself" bit ...

As rec'd on 18/11/07

"Hi John.

I’ve just had confirmation that the eta movements have been delivered….all the components were already ready awaiting the movements… it will take us now about 1 week or so to assemble/ test and despatch…hope that’s OK

Regards Chris ward"

They have taken my money and are due to dispatch my Aviator :jump: .
CW called home to say my card was declined :( . Thanks a bunch to my more than usless Bank CC. Called CW from abroad and fixed the problem with another card. My Aviator should dispatch this week then. :D
The lady I spoke to (late evening Monday) also told be she thought the LE Kingfishers were ready as well! :prost:

Time to have a party!
