Traded in for a brand new MINI Cooper Exclusive called Lusso :)
I like your new Mini Ferg, is Lusso your own name for it or a Mini version? The top end Alfa's used to be Lusso's.

That's cruel by the way, tempting us with all that lovely food, my mouth is watering and it only gone 9am and at least hours till lunch :problem:

Hi Patrick,

It's my name for it, it's the luxury spec version so I called it the Italian for Luxury, Lusso, especially with the gorgeous quilted leather seats.

Makes sense, and those seats do look superb.

Nice seats Ferg.

Ferreting around this morning I found this one. Probably only worn for a few hours in the almost 5 years since I picked it up.

Is it really 5 years ago that this was the model produced as the Forum Limited Edition of 2015. Such an understated and under appreciated watch.

Agreed, Neil. I bought one originally, but sold it about a year later to fund something else (as one does).

Nevertheless, I was fortunate enough to pick up a replacement from @AVO a couple of months ago.

Must be due a service though. :escape:

I love this watch, looks great on that strap too

I had been wearing mine in the evenings only, but I've been wearing it all weekend and haven't yet taken it off... the mesh is so comfortable :D

It had a replacement movement earlier this year and it's keeping +7 secs per day, which is excellent.

Looks rather good on the mesh.

Shortly after I got my FLE I did a thread with a few different strap options, that were different to the CW options available with the watch.

Thanks :D

Nice range of strap options on that thread  I've also got the black leather patterned with Bader (which it came on) and also a brown vintage oak which looks decent too. For now though, whilst we still have some (potential) warm weather, the mesh stays on though.

My lovely MK2 GMT for Trident Tuesday.

Visiting my MINI dealer today and they have a very rare Mini Cooper RSP in the showroom, hence the John Cooper script in the photo which is on the bonnet stripes.

I wonder if anyone knows what the RSP is and how important it is ?
Essentially it was the first time a Cooper was brought back into the lineup since the very early 70's. It was a huge success and because of this the 'new' MINI was launched in 2001 and the rest as they say is history.

I continue to enjoy the FLE 2015.

Other non-common options:
My FLE2015 was previously on a pure white lizard strap which gave it a dressy look, and here it is on its current strap, a "hole"-y black rally strap with red stitching.

I find it pretty versatile because of the dial's clean minimalist look.
