Thanks Guy - the Makaira Pro's 'orange' even differs twixt the Hands & Numbers Font colour - its in fact worse in the Flesh !

Theres another Pic in the thread now with a Pumpkin strap - not my choice to have the full strap in the colour ... I had the Hybrid from an earlier CWL deal, so thought I'd see how it matched ! ... and the fact that its the original Hybrid, which is very thick has deterred me, so it'll be back on its original Black Rubber strap later ...
Hi Laird, I really like the fact that the oranges differ between the hands/numbers on this piece. It has a real unique character to it and adds interest to the dial.
Agree about the hybrid vs black, it would be quite difficult to match the orange(s) 😊👍

Cheers, Dean.

Well? I have to use the bezel for something once in a while or else what's the point in having it.

New to me and it's a definite keeper. What a fantastic watch these are.
Chuffed ain't the word :D

Arrived patinated which is great because I wondered how I'd get on with that.
Gives it so much character, but just need it to be my own now, so I shall get it on the de-patination station later this evening and we're all good.

Dont get the Blue or White variant of the Pr 500 then - you'll be disappointed ! :(

Thanks John. It has far surpassed my expectations.

There's a few marks left, but I'm sure it'll start gaining patina very soon in this hot, humid weather we're having atm, so I wasn't feeling too precious about it.

Took about 20mins or so with a toothbrush and lemon juice/bi-carb. A further 10mins and it would have been as close to new as it could get I think.
