Meanwhile, to avoid any possible confusion with folks thinking it's on a CW hybrid strap, it's not. It's on a Mans Area genuine Ostrich Leg skin strap.

Perfect strap choice for the Apex Guy, that looks superb. Mansarea do make some amazing straps.

Cheers Patrick.

The Ostrich skin is beautifully soft and comfortable but holds the hefty Apex much better than I expected it to.

I bought the strap for my C60 Elite 1000 but never got around to using it. If anything I think it works on the Apex better than it would have done on the 1000.

It certainly works well on a casual / sport basis and then I've got a bracelet, the new QR bars for which are brilliant, for either a tool or smart look. Oh, bracelet when getting it wet, naturally.

C60 Day Date COSC LE for today.

Deserves more wrist time so it’s up in the sales corner.

Thank you.

As it happens it is an original CW strap for the C8; Buffalo leather with blasted finish to the rivets (matching the case).

A subtle tweak, is that the original strap has cream / natural colour stitching to it. I have coloured in the stitching on mine with a red fibre tip pen, the colour of which has now faded a bit.

Treated this beauty to a new Watchgecko premium vintage bond nato.
Loving the soft feel and comfort of this strap already.

It’s unusual for me to wear one watch for a whole day. Never mind wearing it for two days. But that’s what’s happening now....
