I’m glad you didn’t....albionphoto wrote:I never really gelled with my Typhoon I think it was the lack of a date that "did for me" in the end. I thought about the yellow one but when I was ready to pull the trigger, they had all gone. Oh well. I hadn't thought about the lack of a running seconds before but you make a good point. I wonder what the year of the chronograph is going to produce. CW will need to make something special now because I have two Omega chronos and am not really in the market for another. Time will tell.

Cheers Ferg

Bought one

I took the liberty of updating the list viewtopic.php?f=52&t=10092&start=180
BTW: I do like the colour combination of your C7 and the strap is a perfect match

You've omitted to mention no date either.TigerChris wrote:I really liked the Typhoons, my favourite was the one with the yellow highlights. In these, you can actually see the hand on the 30 minute dial. This is something I could never do on the one I owned![]()
I wonder if we'll ever see another case like this?

Re: CWL of the day
It was 2 and a half years ago, Guy. I was learning what I did and didn’t like so no date wasn’t as big an issue to me then. As I’ve bought more watches, mainly with date windows, I realised how important they were to me. All part of learning I suppose. I’ve since bought a watch with no running seconds (the geckota with mecha Quartz in it). Go figure! I should really try and get over my ‘no date’ affliction to be honest. After all, I do have a box full of watches with dates/day datesBahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 11:24 pmYou've omitted to mention no date either.TigerChris wrote:I really liked the Typhoons, my favourite was the one with the yellow highlights. C600 Elite for Tri-Tech Thursday
Older photo as it's a very hard watch to take a photo of.
