Speedhawk for the last couple of days
Nice watch. I did put mine on a strap, as it didn't sit well on my wrist on the bracelet.
Is yours also ridiculously accurate?
Thanks.

It is pretty accurate, yes - running at about -6s/d at the moment - but I think it will need some fettling soon, as previously it was running at about -4s/d

Not as ‘vintage’ as yours, but hardly a spring chicken either...

IT keeps time well but doesn't do dates well! (unless I have been asleep a long time and it's now Thursday 6th Feb 2020)

C65 on CW distressed strap. In real life the strap is much browner and less distressed than it appears in photos...

Good idea to get some leather conditioner on the strap, Gary.

On a similar strap I have the top layer of the leather started flaking off. Checking it over I reckoned the distressing process had dried out the leather (too much).

A dab or two of Gliptone, applied with a finger and worked into the leather to feed it, worked wonders. Image

That's how I see things in my perfect imaginary non-vintage world. Sometimes it is nice to dream. :)

Except there is a QC issue of the 'logo' being canted over to the right. :problem:
