Mine arrived today...

The bracelet was way to big out of the box, but I made sure I had a variety of straps with me just so I could get it on the wrist as soon as possible. I’ll get the bracelet resized later.
It’s great. The 40mm size is a wee gem and, although it is deeper than my usual C65s, it still slides under a shirt cuff just fine. It’s going to get one hell of a lot of wrist time over the next few weeks :-)

Anyone else got theirs to show off?

Could you tell us how the Elite looks and feels on the wrist please?
IIRC it's about 14.5mm thick - does it look and feel that thick or does being Titanium and on a strap help?

It’s chunky alright, but sits well. See picture below.

It’s relative though. I have been wearing a Sinn 103 Titanium for the last few weeks. That’s 19mm, so clearly this feels a little slimmer.

That said, the Sinn with it’s Titanium bracelet completely disappears after a couple of minutes. I have that on a Ti bracelet and besides being super light, Titanium has that stage propriety where it instantly takes on the temperature of the skin and you forget it’s there.

I don’t get that with the bracelet of the Elite 1000. I am still struggling a little with the new bracelet. It’s not comfortable yet and hasn’t been broken in. I really hope that mixed rubber / fabric bracelet becomes softer over time...

Does the above answer the question? Happy to take more shots if that helps?

That's great thanks, with the photo also.

I like the look of the Elite but fancy the blue GMT also. I'll book a showroom visit I think to compare them and make a decision as the Elite is just 300 pieces.
