C60 Trident GMT for an exceptionally nice day over here, 21 degrees currently.
On our way later to a 60th, a 30th and a 20th birthday celebrations of Louise's cousins.

Still not sure why we would need a mark III. 40mm maybe but that would be it for me.

I can see why they're updating it. That photo demonstrates how nice the MKII is (I love my blue!) but also how fat the case is. CW have always been about evolution, and I see the MKIII having more of a vintage influence this time around (a 40mm option, using the thin C65 case, etc). Just like every update, the new one will make the old one appear... old (but still nice!). The quick-change bracelet and original hands (ie. non-Bremont Supermarine) are great things to launch on a 4-years long upgrade.

Sticking with the Trident II theme, this one for me today. Since the weather is warmer here it’s also time for a few funky NATO straps to jazz it up a bit

For those who celebrate it, have a good Easter,

Hard to read, hard to photograph and not the cleverest chronograph. But the dial is stunning when the sun is out, and the case is fabulous. Must wear it more.
