Love the C9 5 day. There isn't another dial like it.

Re: CWL of the day
New arrival, first impressions are I really like it although the strap is a tad stiff. Now to decide if I really should be buying another watch!

Have you noticed how the bevelled edges of the indices glint at different angles, Dan?Danbailey007 wrote:New arrival, first impressions are I really like it although the strap is a tad stiff. Now to decide if I really should be buying another watch!
Meanwhile, obscure reflections in the crystal and bezel on my C60 Apex, as I was standing under trees.

Re: CWL of the day
Yeah they look really good, the whole watch does. Liking the new case, not sure if it's that or the colour but it seems much smaller than my C60 bronze even though I think there is only 1mm in it.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2019 6:36 pmHave you noticed how the bevelled edges of the indices glint at different angles, Dan?Danbailey007 wrote:New arrival, first impressions are I really like it although the strap is a tad stiff. Think if this stays the C65 may have to go as gets little wear as it is. Even the Elliot Brown may find itself looking for a new home!

Re: CWL of the day
This arrived earlier; my Sandhurst
This is my first ever COSC mechanical watch and has been eagerly anticipated sine I pre-ordered in October. Delivery as predicted and exemplary service from CW in every aspect.
The metal bracelet has gone on my C65 Vintage MK2, replaced with this custom Horween suede distressed vintage strap. It is sooooooo comfortable and matches the aesthetic of the watch perfectly. I have a few others in the drawer to try, pics to follow.
Out for a walk with the mutt. Gently falling in love with this one!

Re: CWL of the day
Nice to see you have the correct Map sheet for Sandhurst; about 3:30 o'clock from the watch.
