Here are a couple of firsts: first post, and first CW in my collection.

Really liking it so far. Too new to have the accuracy sussed yet. Absolutely love the bracelet micro-adjustments. I wish all my watches had that feature...
Welcome aboard, enjoy the watch and the forum.

I snapped up #001/135 so I have to wait for that particular one to be ready.
I'd be curious to know why serial #001 does not get built/tested first?? :?
Don't they normally make prototypes first, un-numbered or no.0, that fulfils the testing? Seen a few previous model prototypes been sold.
My comments were from a production PoV.

My thoughts were that if Dave had received a production model, Ferg should have received his if it's #001 as serial numbers generally get assigned in order.

If Dave's watch is a prototype, I've missed that part

Very nice. But, make sure those brownie points are written down. They soon forget they’d issued them in the first place!

CW don't issue serial numbers in order, it's a very random thing hence why my #0001 isn't ready yet.
Dave's is a production model, just that it was ready to ship before mine.
Also Switzerland closes down for the whole month of August so that has delayed certain models and the remaining C9 GT LE's also.

That yellow does look good.

I’m clearly worried that today I’ll forget what day it is.

After seeing a previous photo that you posted of this watch, I tried to buy one nearly new. Sadly I was too slow, and it went as I was trying to pay. It looks like I may have missed to boat on this. Great watch.
