Re: CWL of the day
Decided to grab my C7 Joint Force Harrier for this evening.
It was an hour fast and the date was several days behind. Must have been sometime in October when I last wore it.

It would look like this, I guess. This is the c10 prototype.MiniMpi wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 7:52 pmI know I'll be burned at the stake for suggesting this possibly.....STodd wrote:It’s too infrequent - I don’t dress up enough these days...MiniMpi wrote:Nice to see one of these out and about again Steve

But I think if the polished bezel was brushed, easy to do, it would make this a much more useable watch and could be worn anytime.
Worth a thought perhaps ?

Re: CWL of the day
C1000 RAF Typhoon just swooped in....
I know the RAF roundel in the 6 o'clock sub dial and lack of a running seconds do not meet with universal approval but I like the idiosyncrasy of it, and OK the grey/yellow Cockpit version is nice but I've always admired this RAF version since it was originally released.

Looks very good. You now have the choice of a Typhoon, Harrier or even Concorde to wear....plus any other planes I've forgotten

Re: CWL of the day
Cheers Steve.
Did think about the GGB as I have one on my Bulova Lunar Pilot. Useful that Karl now does black fittings too.

Roll call is correct Patrick.Thegreyman wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 1:17 pm Looks very good. You now have the choice of a Typhoon, Harrier or even Concorde to wear....plus any other planes I've forgotten
No others (as yet).
Think a group photo is called for sometime.

Thanks for that, I didn't know this prototype existed !timeonourhands wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 12:41 pm It would look like this, I guess. This is the c10 prototype.
It looks to be a C10 FLE dial and hands in a standard bead blasted C10 case with the aviator style crown, unlike the brushed case and standard type crown of the C10 FLE.

Re: CWL of the day
Congratulations Guy !
I always liked the Typhoon in all it's guises
Definitely a group shot of the three plane derived watches would be great.
