I’m interested to get your take on how it compares to your prototype Guy - do you find there’s sufficient differentiation between the two models?

Interesting question Gary.gaf1958 wrote: Having a khaki C65 myself, I do (of course) like this.

There are similarities and differences between the two. I haven't got a side by side photo yet but hopefully these will suffice to illustrate.
Both photos taken in my kitchen with the lights on, to equalise the exposure.
Principal differences are the bezel and lume colours. I feel the production model is really well balanced and, shall we say, the safe option. My prototype is unconventional and stands out for different reasons and, whilst many on here have said they like it, from a commercial standpoint is a bit of a Marmite piece and therefore risky.
If that all makes sense.

Re: CWL of the day
Both look very sharp, Guy. I'm hoping CW uses the Khaki color in either (or both) the C65 Auto or (and) the C65 GMT someday.
Best regards,
John

Re: CWL of the day
The Khaki dial would look pretty cool with the steel bezel and orange GMT hand.

Indeed, although I suspect your sunshine was a little warmer than mine.
I think the C65 vintage is a great little watch.

Thanks for choosing a picture of my Worldtimer as forum member photo of the month! This C8 is rather photogenic.

Re: CWL of the day
A splash of red on the dial begged for some red on the strap, so went with a phalanx strap on the trusty quartz chrono.
