Post by Laird »

I keep seeing this 'V390' as part of the Watch Models full designation ....

Anyone explain what it is / means please ?

The C7 Rapide MkII came in two versions: one with batons on the dial and one with numbers. The one with numbers was referred to as V390.
Trying not to buy any more watches...

Thx, but I knew it came in 2 versions - just curious what 'V390' refers to - other than the 'numbers' version !

V390 is a battery model, also known as SR54...

However, the ETA calibre used in this watch lists the replacement battery as V394 which is a different physical size :ka:
