So while having a bit of a sort out and cleaning/polishing a couple of watches, I decided to have a go at my PINION Axis bronze.
I used a Cape Cod cloth to clean and micro-fibre cloth to polish.
I then put on a brand new 22mm WatchGecko ZULUDIVER Moss Green Carbis Rubber/Leather Watch Strap.
I'm rather pleased with the results...

Re: Cleaned my Bronze watch
That has come up a treat. You may have inspired me to have a go at cleaning my Ombre as I do think I prefer the raw look over the patinated.

Re: Cleaned my Bronze watch
I'm not going to be cleaning either of my bronze watches, well not yet anyway, but I will investigate the WatchGecko ZULUDIVER Moss Green Carbis Rubber/Leather Watch Strap.
Thanks, Nigel.

Only got the Moss Green available, but in both 20mm & 22mm. Length, at 120/80mm, is agreeable (often Watchgecko's straps are shorter and not for me).
At the sale price, seems a no brainer not to (buy one to try out).

Re: Cleaned my Bronze watch
They must be going fast, as there were more options when I shared that link! I’ve had to check myself with this sale, as the prices were tempting me to buy straps I don’t need. I had to ask myself, “Are you tempted to buy this strap because you’ve been looking for one or because it’s on sale?”Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 7:07 pmCheers Andrew.jkbarnes wrote:

Don't use a cape cod though as it has brushed lugs!!Thegreyman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 5:30 pm That has come up a treat. You may have inspired me to have a go at cleaning my Ombre as I do think I prefer the raw look over the patinated.
