I'm pretty sure the previous (Mk2) version was over 17mm too. Pretty hefty chunks of metal.
Just; the C60 Trident Mk2 Chrono is 17.1mm.

Mind you the C40 Speedhawk is 16mm.

I have a fair few alerts set up but I have also found that if you get too detailed you may miss out on one or two that have been incorrectly classified!

Point 1: I agree. I've set up a C60 search and just skim through the results. You could try a search for Christopher Ward 7750 watch and miss a few if the seller doesn't mention the movement. Which leads me to

Point 2: The 7750 movement is used in a lot of watch brands for the simpler reason that it is robust and relatively economic to produce. You will never find a 7750 movement in a slim case though: that's just part and parcel of the package. Many will have a chamfered case back to reduce the visual impact . I should maybe add a third point if the 7750 movement is new to you.

Point 3: the 7750 movement is nicknamed the WOBBLER.

I think this thread embodies everything that is great about this forum!

Not sure if you’re still looking, but a C40 speedhawk just popped up online.

Afternoon all,

As is typical - I made a bit of a knee-jerk reaction last night and purchased a slightly different style watch from a different brand (I will post a picture once it arrives and I am certain that it was a good decision..!), and then this morning...this happens https://www.ebay.co.uk/c/2278124395

Oh well! I will have to wait for the budget to creep back up! I will also add that link to the selling page should anyone else be interested!

Best,
Chris

P.S - - mentioned on the other page, but if anybody wishes to own this for 4-6 months, more than happy to enter into a gentleman's agreement to purchase off you in 2021!!
