CW Website Log in Problems

Hi guys - I've been absent for a while. Just been trying to log in to the CW website. Couldn't get in with what I thought were my correct details so I tried to create a new account. Each time I was directed to a page that said - Sorry we cannot find the page you are looking for! Is anyone else having problems or is it just me? Cheers.

I can log in just fine, try delete your cookies or private mode

Use the 'forgot password' link and follow instructions with email you receive.

New password must be alpha, with upper and lower case, numeric and with a symbol.

I am having the same issues as the OP. Even when I try the Forgot Password link. I do not receive the reset email. And no it is not in spam either. CW customer service says this is not a unique issue and they are working on it.

No problem! I think they might have messed up some of the account login info when updating to the new website
