July Sale

Post by Kip »

A little birdie tells me that the July sale will begin with a preview on Thursday July 9. Watch for it!

For those that don't get the emails, I am sure someone will post a link when available so watch this space.

The sale will include some discontinued models and some accessories. Many of these are one offs so be quick if interested.

Haha, that’s typical. The first day in three months that I’ll be out somewhere and can’t spend all day at the computer....

It Will be interesting to see how the website holds up. My guess is that it will be a much more successful experience for those buying.

The ebay resellers will have a great time :silent:

Is there a way to sign up for the emails? Or a timeframe I should really be looking on this forum?

Yes, there is. Create a Christopher Ward account on the website and sign up for the emails.

You'll need to be hovering around to get in quick, as cheap sale watches make for a tidy profit on eBay, which means the website will be busier than Bournemouth beach during Covid-19 lockdown.

I just noticed half price and nearly sale pages briefly come up. Now taken back down again.
From the quick look I just got, the following watches will be available at half price:

A couple of green C70s
Bronze C60s
various C3s and C5s
Various C65s including blue face GMT
C60 Chronographs - auto and quartz
Various C7 Rapides
Various C60 Mk2s - auto and quartz
Black C8 UTC

Seemed like pretty much all the same stuff that went into the April daily specials

Are you sure you ´ve seen various C65s?

Pretty sure only the blue GMT was in the Daily Specials.
I would love to get black GMT or a Handwind Dive C65 in the sale...

Also I´m interested in what comes next for the C65 lineup. The new Quartz Chrono is not so much my taste
