So after 3 attempts my Elite, in absolutely perfect condition, arrived today and extremely happy. Won’t go into detail on the past couple of months, issues happen but its how they get resolved that’s important, and on that note CW’s customer services have been absolutely brilliant. Really can’t praise them enough, would like to name names but not sure that’s appropriate. Anyway here she is in the blistering sunshine.

Thank you. There really is quite a lot going on with this watch, which you don’t tend to appreciate at first glance.

Little red accents, polished and brushed sections, the hands and markers are a work of art.

The light catcher case which does a great job of making the the case look so much slimmer than what it is. It does sit quite high, but because the case angles downwards it sits so nicely on the wrist.

I do keep wondering if the twin flags should have been in silver or white though, mind you it keeps me busy trying to get them to show up in the light.

I couldn’t agree more about customer service. While my issue was minor compared to yours (a simple mix up by CW as opposed to a QC issue), the communication and proactive nature from customer service was top notch. When I thanked the individual for all her assistance with my situation, I went ahead and CCed Mike France and Peter Ellis on that email. I wanted them to be aware of what great service I received.

Glad to hear your problem is resolved. The watch is beautiful!

Would you be good enough to point me in location of the relevant email addresses please. Times have been extremely challenging recently and i think praise is the least that employers can give to their employees who have worked through this period, especially providing the support they have.

Thanks, just need to find the right strap now. I like this one with red stitching but a little thin, needs to be thicker i think.
