Now This Is Customer Service

Post by chuckf1 »

I'm such a dope. Last night, Friday, I ordered my first CW, the C600 Tri-Tech Diver Elite - Nearly New, but forgot about the free watch winder for us forum members.

Later in the evening, when I realized my mistake, I first cried like a baby and then e-mailed Wera at CW, at the e-mail address for forum members, given elsewhere on this forum. It's the weekend and I didn't expect to hear anything back until Monday.

This morning, about 9:30 a.m., my time in North Carolina, I received an e-mail back from Wera telling me that I'm good to go.

Major, and I mean major, props to Wera! :applaus: :gott:

The exact same thing happened to me so I emailed her and she just emailed me back saying that my winder was on the way too.

She is an unsung hero - thank you Wera!

I'll make it a trifecta as regards WIZZIE the WIZ. I tried to take advantage of the forum winder offer only the order got discombobulated. An email to Wera this morning quickly sorted out the problem. I am sorry she is in on Saturday doing all of this but that means that CWL is busy processing orders I guess.

Now that's service!

Not a problem. I'll kill two birds with one stone with a pic of the watch on the winder.

Thank you for posting this, I completely forgot too, ordered the C40 Speedhawk in the nearly new sale - feeling really pleased with myself then saw these posts!
E mail sent now waiting with baited breath to see if the nearly news qualify?
Talking of customer service, the lady in Massachusettes (sorry about spelling!) was great, really good, not rushing along like uk call centres, sorry if you were behind me in the queue!!

I also forgot to put the code in the discount box, I also mailed Wera.
I hope I'll get the watchwinder too.

By the way: I ordered a C8 mark2.

To all the lurkers out there.......

This is just a few examples of why Wera (wizzie the wiz) is the absolute best. And this Saint of a Lady belongs to CW!
